You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site. By submitting a form you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the person identified, or that you are legally authorized to act on that person’s behalf.

The Site is an informational and lead‑generation resource operated by a licensed insurance agency. It allows you to request contact from a licensed insurance agent regarding Medicare plan options. The Site is a solicitation for insurance. Submitting a form does not enroll you in any plan, does not affect your existing Medicare Part A or Part B enrollment, and does not create an insurance contract.
3. Not a Government Website
All Medicarians is not affiliated with or endorsed by the federal government, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or the Medicare program. For official information, visit Medicare.gov or call 1‑800‑MEDICARE.
4. Not Medical, Legal or Tax Advice
Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not medical, legal, tax or financial advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or from the plan documents issued by an insurance carrier. Always consult the plan’s Evidence of Coverage, Summary of Benefits and formulary before making a coverage decision.
5. Consent to Be Contacted
When you submit a form and check the consent box, you provide your express written consent to receive telephone calls, text messages and emails from All Medicarians, its licensed agents and its marketing partners at the number and address you supplied, including through an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or pre‑recorded voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time as described in our Do Not Call Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or another person’s information without authorization.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems.
- Use robots, scrapers or other automated means to access, harvest or copy Site content.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload or impair the Site or any network connected to it.

The Site may reference or link to third‑party websites, including insurance carrier sites and government resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, policies or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free, or that plan information displayed is complete, current or applicable to your circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Medicarians and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Medicarians and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have to file a complaint with a state department of insurance or other regulator.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Do Not Call Policy and Licensing Legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Medicarians regarding the Site.
