By accessing or using allmedicarians.com (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use between you and All Medicarians (“we,” “us”). This Agreement governs all Medicare plan comparisons, enrollment services, and educational content provided through our Service.
Eligibility: Service available only to:
✓ Individuals 18+ researching Medicare options
✓ Medicare-eligible beneficiaries (age 65+/disabled/ESRD)
✓ Authorized caregivers/power of attorney holders
Plan Information:
› All Medicare Advantage/Part D/Supplement plan data provided by insurance carriers
› Premiums, formularies, and networks subject to carrier/CMS changes
› Enrollment requires valid Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI)
Provide accurate Medicare/health information for plan matching
Maintain secure credentials (username/password)
Report unauthorized account activity immediately
Comply with all CMS marketing guidelines
All content on allmedicarians.com protected under U.S. copyright
“All Medicarians” name/logo are registered trademarks
Prohibited activities include:
› Scraping plan data for commercial use
› Modifying/redistributing our Medicare comparison tools
Service Status: We are an independent Medicare insurance marketplace, not:
› A Medicare-contracted insurance carrier
› Affiliated with CMS or Medicare.gov
No Warranties:
› Plan information provided “AS IS”
› We disclaim all accuracy guarantees for carrier-provided data
Liability Cap: Maximum liability limited to $10,000 per claim
Links to Medicare.gov or carrier sites provided for convenience
We don’t control:
› Final plan enrollment processes
› Carrier claim adjudication
Mandatory individual arbitration (no class actions)
Arbitration administered by JAMS under Connecticut law
60-day pre-filing negotiation requirement
We adhere to all Medicare Marketing Guidelines including:
✓ Recording all enrollment calls (for quality assurance)
✓ Maintaining separation between educational/plan-specific content
✓ Providing required disclosures with all marketing materials
We may suspend accounts for:
› Providing false Medicare eligibility information
› Violating CMS marketing rules
› Attempting fraudulent enrollments
Our Privacy Policy governs your use of the Applications and is incorporated into this Agreement.
